What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable. You’ll undress only to your comfort level and will be properly draped with towels at all times.

Can I bring someone with me?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring a chaperone to your session—just let me know in advance so I can prepare the space.

Can you help with old injuries?

Often, yes. I can help improve mobility and ease discomfort. If your injury needs further attention, I’ll advise you on the best next steps.

How do you handle my personal data?

I follow GDPR guidelines. Your information is stored securely, used only for your appointments, and never shared. You can request to view or delete your data at any time.

Do you treat clients under 18?

Yes. Anyone aged 17 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the session. I am DBS-checked and fully insured.

How can I book?

You can book online, by phone, or by text. I’ll confirm everything and send you all the details ahead of your visit.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, cash, or card. Card payments are taken securely at the end of your session.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged unless due to illness or an emergency.
